Biography:
Ariana Fodera, JD is a Operations & Compliance Manager at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. Ms. Fodera is responsible for company and vendor contracts (including listing agreements, co-broker agreements, exclusive authorization agreements and designated agency letters, etc.), developing risk management strategies, establishing control systems, developing ongoing training programs for employees and brokers, among other operational and compliance responsibilities.
Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Fodera was Project Manager, Lawyer at NYU Langone Health, Real Estate Development & Facilities where she assisted the Director of Regulatory Affairs and ensured regulatory compliance of portfolios of five NYU Langone Real Estate directors and 40 project managers with federal, state, and local law to maintain quality control standards for construction, including cost, budget, timeline, and specifications. She was also the assistant general counsel for NYC Mayor’s Office of Housing and Recovery Operations where she oversaw homeowner grant compliance and program compliance with federal regulatory requirements pertaining to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant Program, a $4.2B federal grant for Hurricane Sandy related recovery and rebuilding activities.
Ms. Fodera graduated with a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. Ms. Fodera also holds bachelor of arts in Sociology and Political Science from Fordham University.
