Biography:

Cary Cohen is Executive Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With over 15 years of experience in the South Florida market, Mr. Cohen has been responsible for the disposition of over 10 million square feet of property and currently leads the firm’s property acquisition and disposition practice.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Cohen led the Florida operations for the Asset Solutions Group of Flagler Real Estate Services where he focused on the disposition of commercial real estate throughout South Florida.

Mr. Cohen takes an active role in the community by being a founding member of the Young Professionals benefiting Easter Seals. He is a graduate of the 2013 Leadership Miami class, a program of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, he is a member of the steering committee for P.A.T.C.H.E.S., A 501 (C) charity benefitting medically complex children. As the former Social Action Chair for the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, regularly assisting at the Salvation Army, and a permanent volunteer at the Miami Rescue Mission, Mr. Cohen recognizes the need in helping our community.

He was recently recognized as a finalist for Commercial Broker of the Year by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.  In 2014, Mr. Cohen was recognized as a top professional under the age of 40 by the South Florida Business Journal. In 2008, he was named by the Real Estate Forum as a “Next Generation Nominee”.  In 2005, Mr. Cohen was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as one of the five most influential people in Real Estate under the age of 40.
