Christie Grays Chambers is Vice President and Lead, Culture and Inclusion of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With a successful career spanning over 20 years in commercial real estate and healthcare, Ms. Chambers will assist in expanding a healthcare practice across all service lines. She will also lead our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and outreach to Corporate Real Estate services directors across the U.S. who want to expand into the South Florida market.  Additionally, she will serve as a liaison between Blanca Commercial Real Estate and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in the community.

Ms. Chambers previously served as a leasing broker with Cushman & Wakefield (Tampa Office), Codina Realty and Duke Realty, specializing in office and healthcare properties. She negotiated lease transactions with top companies, representing both landlords and tenants.

Ms. Chambers also served as the Director of Government and Community Relations for Baptist Health South Florida ensuring they maintained positive relationships in the business, government and civic communities, while managing the department’s multi-million dollar budget.

After leaving Baptist Health in 2018, Ms. Chambers ran her own business, I Am C.H.I.C. (Christie Has It Covered) working with clients to ensure they present themselves according to their message and the image they want to project. 

She is an active member in the South Florida community and has held several leadership roles over the years. 

Ms. Chambers earned a bachelors of arts in English from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She also holds a Global M.B.A. from Alliance Manchester Business School in Manchester, England having studied abroad in Hong Kong and Manchester.
