Christopher Harak

Biography:

Chris Harak is Executive Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With more than a decade of market expertise, Mr. Harak brings senior-level talent to the firm’s tenant representation practice where he provides strategic real estate advisory services to companies including lease acquisition and disposition, market and site analysis, transaction structuring, lease negotiation, financial analysis and long-term strategic planning.

Mr. Harak has been involved in transactions with some of Florida’s largest offices and industrial users including Dufry, World Fuel Services, Shoes for Crews, Gibraltar Private Bank, H. Lee Moffit Cancer Research Institute, and International Bonded Couriers, Inc., among others.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Harak served as Assistant Director for Savills Studley where he was responsible for business development, strategic planning and transaction management throughout Florida. He was an integral member of a team that consistently ranked among Florida’s top tenant advisory practices specializing in office leasing on behalf of banking and financial services firms, law firms, nonprofit organizations, as well as warehouse, distribution and manufacturing companies.

Mr. Harak holds a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal and organizational communications from the University of South Florida.
