Grant Gassman is a Senior Associate at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With a profound understanding of South Florida’s market dynamics, Grant adeptly develops strategic real estate solutions for a diverse range of organizations. Previously Grant was a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, specialized in tenant representation. Throughout the past three years alone, he has successfully facilitated and closed over 200,000 square feet of lease transactions, exceeding over $25 million in transaction volume. During his academic years, Grant also served as an intern at Alta Developers, where he displayed a keen focus on market research and identifying investment opportunities, further honing his skills in the real estate industry.
