Biography:
Iris Linares is Associate Director of Marketing of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. As Associate Director of Marketing, Ms. Linares provides administrative and creative support to the firm’s team of brokers and its clients.
Among her duties, she is responsible for updating listings, developing market surveys, ownership presentations and customized property marketing and sales collateral. She also handles content development items for the firm’s web and social media channels.
Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Linares served as Graphic Design Associate for Cresa South Florida, an international corporate real estate tenant advisory firm. During her 7-year tenure there, she handled graphic design implementation for company deliverables and client presentations as well as market research and social media development. Previously, she also worked as a Webmaster at IMD Web Design, where she designed and developed websites for almost a decade. Ms. Linares also served as a writer for various local magazines.
Beyond her career in commercial real estate, Ms. Linares is actively involved in the South Florida community as a volunteer for the Miami Chapter of Autism Speaks, a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding global biomedical research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a possible cure for autism.
Ms. Linares holds a bachelor’s degree in literature from Hunter College in New York. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
