Biography:
Javier Martín Alvaro is Vice President at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With more than 10 years of financial experience, Mr. Martín provides in-depth financial analyses and consulting for current and prospective clients. His role also includes developing market and feasibility studies, as well as forecasting analyses for investors.
Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Martín was responsible for the management of his family’s portfolio by investing in and monitoring a variety of assets ranging from fixed income and equity securities to alternative investments such as real estate properties (residential and commercial) and private equity in diverse industries. He also founded and managed start-up businesses. Before that, he worked as a financial advisor at BNP Paribas’ wealth management, and previously as an assistant to the portfolio management division at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Martín received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of San Pablo CEU in Madrid, Spain. He also holds a master’s degree in Finance from IE Business School, one of Europe’s leading business schools.
