Biography:
Jesenia P. Aguila is the Marketing and Leasing Manager of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With more than 15 years of experience in the legal and commercial real estate industries, Mrs. Aguila plays an integral role in the coordination, planning, and support of the firm’s daily operational and administrative functions.
Mrs. Aguila leverages comprehensive knowledge in marketing–including marketing a 1.6-million-square-foot Class A office park. Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Aguila served as Leasing and Marketing Coordinator for The Hogan Group, Inc. During her seven-year tenure, she gained extensive tenant managing experience, administering leases, as well as maintaining and tracking tenant expirations, rights of refusals, right of first offers, and renewal notices. In addition, she executed and assessed advertising, marketing, and public relations campaign results.
Before joining The Hogan Group, Mrs. Aguila spent nine years as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Elio Vazquez, ESQ. In this capacity, her responsibilities spanned the spectrum from implementing the internal billing system, to conducting client interviews and completing essential executive responsibilities.
Mrs. Aguila received an associate’s degree from Miami-Dade College and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Florida International University.
