Juan Marin is an Associate at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida.
Before joining our team, Mr. Martin served as a key contributor at IBR Realty Corp in Orlando, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in spearheading the sales efforts of 11 new developments. In addition, he successfully represented numerous buyers in the acquisition of development land and investment properties across the Orlando region. His outstanding performance led to his well-deserved recognition as a Top Performing Agent in 2022.
Mr.Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University, which equipped him with a strong foundation in global commerce and cross-cultural dynamics. This educational background, combined with his extensive experience in real estate, positions him as a highly knowledgeable and skilled professional in the industry.
