Kyle Friedland

Biography:

Kyle Friedland is General Manager of Property Management of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With more than a decade of experience in property management, Mr. Friedland leads a major property management portfolio with a central role in an exciting development project, which includes the addition of a 12-story Class A office building, retail shops and residential towers.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Friedland worked as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Transcendent Investment Management to join the Blanca team.  At Transcendent, he focused on underwriting assets for acquisitions and dispositions. Previously, he was as Project Manager and Asset Manager, respectively for Chetrit Group and its owning entity UES Management, during which his well-rounded experience included construction management of a 170-room Miami Beach hotel renovation, development & planning of 1800-unit multi-family rental project and assisting with the refinance of a $550M loan.

Mr. Friedland holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Miami. He also holds an active real estate license.
