Biography:
Mike Nathanson is Senior Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida.
As Senior Vice President, Mr. Nathanson plays a pivotal role in growing and supporting the firm’s tenant representation and landlord representation practice areas throughout the South Florida region.
With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Nathanson has driven more than $100 million in commercial and industrial real estate transactions. Before joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, he was a Commercial Associate with Terranova Corporation, where he represented marquee clients as BlackRock, Acadia, Morgan Stanley, and other institutional owners.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business administration from the University of Florida
