Randy Carballo

Biography:

Randy Carballo is Executive Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. Mr. Carballo is a top industry professional who has successfully completed more than 1.5 million square feet of office lease transactions on behalf of local, national and global companies. On behalf of the firm, he serves as a tenant advisor to top brands and plays an integral role in key agency leasing assignments within the portfolio.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Carballo served as Vice President at JLL, both in the Miami and Orlando office. Mr. Carballo’s extensive experience as a real estate professional enables him to share strategic insights with landlords regarding tenants wants and needs, from building design and amenities to financial considerations and more.

In addition to his passion for real estate and for exceeding client expectations, Mr. Carballo is active in business and civic organizations, such as United Way, ALS Association, and Habitat for Humanity. He is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and the South Florida Beacon Council’s New Leaders Taskforce.

Mr. Carballo received his bachelor’s in business administration with a focus in real estate from the University of Central Florida and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Miami’s 37th annual class.
