Biography:
Sky Jones is an Associate at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. Leveraging vast experience in an array of practice areas within the industry, Mr. Jones supports the firm in advising clients, representing top companies across the state, and expanding the reach of the firm and its clients’ by executing effective business development strategies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones was a Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker in Orlando, Florida. There, he focused on developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and facilitating communications with clients to understand their property needs. Mr. Jones also worked as an Associate at Jones Lange LaSalle, where he built databases, brought in almost 700,000 square feet in new business, and transacted more than 20,000 square feet in relocation, renewals, subleases and building sales.
Mr. Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida with a concentration in professional sales. While on campus, he placed on the Dean’s List and was one of 35 students accepted into the UCF Professional Selling Program, the #1 undergraduate sales program in the nation. He also obtained his Florida real estate license.
