Biography:
Yaclyn Hernandez is a Senior Property Manager with Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. Ms. Hernandez manages one of South Florida’s top Class A office buildings, Doral Concourse. In addition to handling day to day operations for the property, Ms. Hernandez has also implemented new systems, processes and procedures that elevated the overall tenant experience and set new standards.
Prior to managing Doral Concourse, Ms. Hernandez was an essential member of the management team overseeing a 615,000-square-foot portfolio consisting of commercial and mixed-use office space, including an important collection of buildings located at one of South Florida’s premier suburban office parks, Waterford Business District. Throughout the years, she has represented major institutional clients along with prominent local owners including: MetLife Real Estate, DRA Advisors, The Trump Group and Gazit Horizons.
Ms. Hernandez has served on BOMA’s (Building Owner and Managers Association) Miami-Dade Board of Directors, three-time BOMA winner and one-time BOMA International’s TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) winner in the low-rise suburban office park category.
Ms. Hernandez earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
