UNITED DATA TECHNOLOGIES MOVES HEADQUARTERS TO NEWLY CONSTRUCTED MIRAMAR TECH CENTER, TWO NEW TENANTS COMPLETE LEASE TRANSACTIONS

MIAMI – December 12, 2018 – Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Florida’s leading independently owned commercial real estate brokerage firm, today announced its completion of two lease transactions totaling 13,536 square feet at the Miramar Tech Center, located at 2900 Monarch Lakes Blvd., Miramar, FL 33027.
