POSITION SUMMARY

Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independent commercial real estate brokerage, property management and advisory services firm in Florida known for delivering excellence across its commercial real estate services platform, and its collaborative and caring culture for its clients, its team and the communities it serves, is searching for a dynamic professional to serve as Market Research Analyst to support a broad range of market research, data management and office market reporting on behalf of the firm and its clients.

This is a demanding role that requires a highly proactive, motivated, detail oriented and organized individual who can prioritize effectively and complete projects timely working diligently with a sense of urgency. Previous experience conducting market research, data entry and management and CRM management is preferred. Job Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze and benchmark office market and identify key trends for monthly market snapshots and quarterly office market reports
  • Collaborate with brokers and marketing team to prepare quarterly office market report for Miami-Dade and Broward Counties
  • Conduct market analysis for pitch presentations and ownership presentations
  • Maintain and streamline the market research process and reporting
  • Support brokers in developing feasibility studies for clients and prospective clients
  • Qualify and update data for CRM and other business development opportunities
  • Update and maintain availabilities and building statistics for company office leasing portfolio
  • Research for prospect lists that support new developments and tenant representation
  • Support media and thought leadership opportunities by conducting

Skills and Experience

  • Highly proficient in Excel and high attention to detail and process oriented
  • Strong writing and communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Liberal Arts preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a research capacity
  • Strong follow through and ability to effectively meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible and efficient to manage multi-tasks at a time
