POSITION SUMMARY

Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services firm in Florida, is searching for a dynamic professional to serve as Marketing Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer

This is a demanding role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask and prioritize effectively. Previous experience supporting a marketing and business development team is preferred. The role offers an exceptional professional development opportunity for someone interested in expanding their marketing career within the commercial real estate industry in Florida.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring active marketing programs
  • Track and manage the marketing department’s work orders
  • Work closely with in-house brokers to coordinate their marketing needs
  • Maintain and update listing platforms used by the firm
  • Maintain and update the company website as well as select client websites
  • Manage the firm’s social media and e-mail campaign calendar
  • Coordinate and manage advertising deadlines and placements
  • Manage advertising and sponsorship agreements
  • Support firm events and programs
  • Coordinate internal and external marketing meetings

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign) and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Detail oriented
